Our Return Policy
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
How to Return an Item
- Email hello@plantsauralief.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
- Pack your item securely in the original box.
- Drop off at any UPS or FedEx location.
- Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
Exchanges
Want a different product? We make exchanges easy. Simply initiate a return and place a new order. We'll expedite your new order at no additional shipping cost. Email hello@plantsauralief.com and we'll take care of everything.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items marked as final sale at time of purchase
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost. Please email photos of the damage to hello@plantsauralief.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all original packaging until your replacement has been confirmed.
