Are these really artificial? They look so real!
Yes! Our plants are premium artificial — crafted from high-quality silk, latex, and plastic materials that are botanically accurate down to the leaf veins and trunk texture. Most of our customers say guests can't tell the difference.
Do the plants require any maintenance?
Minimal. An occasional light dusting with a soft cloth or feather duster keeps them looking pristine. No water, no soil, no fertilizer, no sunlight — ever.
Are the materials UV-resistant for outdoor use?
Our plants are designed primarily for indoor use. While the materials are UV-treated, prolonged direct outdoor sunlight will eventually cause fading. They're perfect for covered patios, balconies, and indoor spaces near windows.
How long will my plant last?
With basic care, our plants last many years — often decades. We've had customers with Plants Auralief pieces that are still looking perfect after 10+ years.
What is your return policy?

How is shipping handled?

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

How do I clean my artificial plant?
Use a soft, dry cloth or feather duster for light dust. For heavier cleaning, a slightly damp cloth works well. Avoid harsh chemicals, sprays, or soaking. Your plant will look its best with a gentle clean every few weeks.
Will my plant arrive assembled?
Yes. All plants arrive pre-arranged and ready to display. Some larger trees may come with the top section separate for safe shipping — these simply slot together and require no tools.
